ORIGIN Operating System · Internal product
The useful agency work, in one place.
We built our own lead engine, CRM, enquiry handoff and follow-up workspace because the process mattered more than collecting another stack of disconnected tools.
Currently an internal ORIGIN product. We are exploring private pilots — not selling access or promising a public launch yet.
- First enquiry
- Useful follow-up
- Clear next action
- Commercial visibility
Safe demonstration
The shape of the system, without exposing the business.
The interface below uses synthetic companies, values and activities. Real contacts, private notes, prompts and scoring rules stay private.
Inside the system
One operating view. Six connected jobs.
Enquiries
Bring website enquiries and their original context into one review queue.
Opportunities
Keep the next action, value, stage and conversation history attached to the same record.
Lead engine
Research and organise potential businesses before any human-reviewed outreach begins.
Follow-up
Turn agreed next steps into visible work instead of relying on somebody remembering an inbox.
Reporting
See pipeline movement and activity without making the team maintain a separate spreadsheet.
AI assistance
Use narrow, reviewable AI helpers inside a real workflow rather than adding a chatbot to everything.
Could this become a product?
Possibly. The honest route is a small private pilot first.
We would validate the repeatable workflow, permissions, onboarding and reporting with a small number of service businesses before deciding whether this becomes software, a configured operating system or remains an internal advantage.
