Who is responsible
ORIGIN is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. The public contact for privacy requests is hello@originagency.uk.
Information we collect
- Project enquiries: contact details, business information, project needs, timing, budget range and anything you choose to add to the enquiry.
- Public AI assistant: the messages you send, a short handoff summary and a random conversation reference. Do not include passwords, payment details or confidential business information.
- Website use: device, browser, page and interaction information when you allow analytics or marketing cookies.
- Private workspace: account, profile, activity and business records needed for authorised ORIGIN staff to operate the workspace.
- Technical records: security, error and request information needed to keep the service reliable and prevent misuse.
Why we use it
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver requested work, operate authorised accounts, keep the website secure, improve the enquiry journey and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics and marketing measurement is used only after the relevant consent is given.
Services involved
The website is hosted on Vercel. Supabase supports the private workspace and enquiry records. Brevo may be used for enquiry email and contact handling. OpenAI processes messages sent to the public ORIGIN assistant. If enabled and accepted, Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta may process measurement data.
These providers process information under their own terms and may operate internationally. ORIGIN configures integrations to limit the data sent and does not intentionally send enquiry text, email addresses or phone numbers to browser analytics.
Retention and sharing
Information is kept only while it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, security, accounting, dispute handling or another legal requirement. It is shared with service providers that help operate the website and with professional or public authorities where legitimately required. ORIGIN does not sell personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can reject or change optional cookies at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of personal information. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Contacting a regulator
If you are in the UK, you can raise an unresolved data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. ORIGIN would appreciate the opportunity to address the issue first.
